New Hope Housing offers single room occupancy (SRO) housing for individuals and supportive apartments for families. Our developments are income-restricted communities.

The rental rates are between $455 and $701 per month including free utilities, cable TV access and on-site support services.

The rental rates are $465-$772 for SRO, and starting at $797 for families.

Does New Hope Housing help me pay the rent?
No, we do not subsidize rent. However, we welcome residents with housing vouchers or subsidies from social service agencies or other sources.

Does New Hope Housing allow pets?
We accept assistance animals only.

Does New Hope Housing operate a shelter or a drug treatment program?
No. We do not provide specialized care services.

Does New Hope Housing offer on-site supportive services?
Each site offers a range of supportive services. We offer a life skills program; AA, CA and NA meetings; and information and referral to area social service agencies. A case manager is on site to help coordinate services.

Does New Hope Housing offer housing for couples or families?
Yes. Our property at Reed Road can accommodate families, while our SROs are for individuals.

I do not have a vehicle. Are your properties easily accessible to transit?
All of our properties are easily accessible to public transportation. We do have free parking available at most of our properties (excluding downtown locations).
