We offer a variety of living options, including studio efficiency apartments tailored for single individuals. We also offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for families and individuals, and affordable housing communities for older adults ages 55+.

FAQs
No, we do not subsidize rent directly. However, we gladly welcome residents with housing vouchers or rental assistance from social service agencies or other sources.
At our Studio Efficiency and Family Apartment communities, we welcome service animals only.
At our multi-generational communities, we welcome service animals and pets weighing up to 60 pounds.
Yes! Our Reed Road community can accommodate families with children. Avenue J, Savoy, and Berry are also welcoming communities for families with modest incomes.
Our Studio Efficiency Apartment communities, however, are designed for individuals and do not accommodate couples or families.
All of our communities are easily accessible by public transportation. We also offer free resident parking at most locations, with the exception of our Congress community.
