2026 Event Honoree
The Housing Fund Council
This festive evening will honor The Housing Fund Council, established in 2026, to expand the capital resources needed to build more affordable housing across Houston. We are proud to recognize the founding members of this important initiative—Ric Campo, Mack Fowler, Carleton Riser, Ricardo Rivas, Beth Robertson, Ken Valach, and Ann Ziker. The Housing Fund Council brings together dedicated champions who are laying the foundation for New Hope to raise capital dollars, not just one building at a time, but to construct several new developments simultaneously.
2026 Event Chairs
Winifred and Carleton Riser
Philanthropists
New Hope Housing is honored to have Winifred Riser, accomplished artist, and Carleton Riser, New Hope Housing Board Member and Philanthropy Chair, serve as the 2026 From Hope to Home Gala Chairs.
Winifred’s creative vision and deep appreciation for community, paired with Carleton’s leadership and longstanding commitment to our mission, make them an exceptional duo to lead this year’s event. Together, they bring both heart and purpose to an evening centered on expanding access to affordable Housing + Services across Houston.
