Before discovering New Hope Housing, Jacqueline was formerly homeless, living in conditions where most days she did not have running water or a roof over her head. Amidst life's challenges, Jacqueline found herself leaning on substances for support. She didn't know where to go until she found New Hope Housing Dale Carnegie.
